A new month is here and that means it’s time to shuffle my oracle cards and see what’s coming our way! As you probably know, I don’t use these readings to try to predict the future. Instead, my goal is to get some guidance around how we can best navigate the month from a broader perspective.

This month, I pulled 4 cards to answer the following questions:
- What is the overall theme for the month?
- What do we need to invite into our lives (what do we need more of) so that we can thrive this month?
- What do we need to let go of (what do we need less of) so that we can thrive this month?
- Is there any additional guidance that can help us this month?

This Month’s Theme
Card: Choose Wisely
The Choose Wisely card appears when we feel a scattered and unclear about what’s ahead or about what steps to take next. It may feel like you have multiple options in front of you, or it may feel like the next steps are just completely out of focus.
Either way, don’t rush into any decisions or new actions this month until you’ve had time to sit with the discomfort and allow it to dissipate. I know how uncomfortable it is to be in that place of confusion and uncertainty–when you just want to move forward so that you can get out of the discomfort. But clarity will come in time.
With any decisions or new actions, take your time to make a wise decision. That means listening to your inner Wise Self for guidance! If you feel like you’re not getting any messages, just be patient. Practice self-care to help with any stress and overwhelm, then check in again when you’re feeling better. Once you’ve reached clarity, trust that inner guidance and move forward with confidence. Remember you don’t need to see the whole picture, you just have to feel clear about the next step.
What to invite in
As I mentioned with the previous card, you might be feeling scattered or unclear right now. With that feeling usually comes a sense of overwhelm and stress because it’s uncomfortable to be in that space of uncertainty. The problem is, the more stressed out you feel, the harder it is to hear any guidance from your inner Wise Self. You need to deal with how you’re feeling right now, before trying to figure out your next steps.
Start by examining which areas of your life are causing the most stress. What needs to shift in your life (consider mind, body & spirit) so that you can feel more balanced? Often our outer experience is a reflection of our inner experience, meaning that if your mind is feeling scattered and chaotic, then you’ll probably see that same chaos in your outer circumstances and environment.
Start with you: What do YOU need to feel balanced and supported? How can you invite more of that into your life?
What to let go
It’s time to let go of the ideas that you need more knowledge, more qualifications or that you aren’t enough to pursue your dreams right now. In fact, this might be one of the reasons you’re feeling overwhelmed…
It’s likely that you’ve been hearing the whispers from your Wise Self lately, asking you to start stepping more into alignment and more into your purpose. That in itself can cause some confusion, but in addition to that, most of us want to live our purpose while staying small at the same time because we’re scared of truly shining. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work very well!
It’s time to let go of some of the fears that you have around stepping into your purpose. What are you really afraid of? Are you afraid of how your life might change? Are you afraid of people judging you? Are you afraid of failing? Are you afraid of what success might mean?
Take some time to journal and explore these fears. You don’t need to be an expert to begin helping people. You don’t need to have all the answers or have it all figured out. You don’t need to have fancy degrees or certifications and you don’t need to be a guru. If you do need any of these things, your intuition will lead you there, however, most of the time we’re pursuing them as a means to diminish fear.
The best place to start: Just begin sharing about your experience, authentically, with like-minded people and see where it takes you.
By the end of the month, you’ll be entering a time of change: the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next. Now is the time to let go of the past, tie up loose ends and finish any lingering projects so that you’ll be free to start fresh.
The period of change won’t always be smooth and the transition won’t be clear cut. But you can help the process by practicing letting go this month. Question your thoughts and beliefs and let go of the ones that no longer fit. Examine all areas of your life and make changes that feel nurturing and supportive. Make room in your life for what you desire. Begin to embody the energy that you wish to attract and practice holding this energy.
Overall, I get a sense that March will be a month of preparation for a new phase that we’ll be entering into. It might feel a bit uncomfortable as you’re still feeling unclear and uncertain about what the future holds, so trust in yourself will be essential.
Also essential: self care. Take good care of yourself this month. Get the support you need in all areas–mind, body & spirit. Continue to look within, but have patience with yourself. Do the work to let go of beliefs that are holding you back, so that when you receive that clarity, you can move forward with confidence.
You already have what you need within you, but it takes time to peel back those layers and access it. Practice patience and compassion and trust that if you follow your inner guidance, things will work out for your highest good. <3
