As we welcome in a new month, let’s take a few moments to connect to the energy ahead and see where we need to place our focus and attention.
I believe it’s important to take a balanced approach by looking at all areas of our lives — body, mind & spirit.
What can we do to feel nourished from the inside out so that we can shine this month?
I put together an oracle card reading to help you answer that question and to help you navigate the month ahead!

-NOURISH YOUR BODY –
Card: Rest & Rejuvenate
Just like the card suggests, take some time to rest, recover and rejuvenate your body this month. What does your body need to feel nourished? Now is the time to set a really good foundation for the coming months.
Consider what you could add or remove to your daily routine that would help your body to feel strong and nourished, while also giving time for rest and recovery. Step back and observe your life and ask yourself the following questions:
- How can I move my body regularly without over-extending myself?
- How can I nourish my body with whole foods in a simple, easy way?
- How can I slow down and cut out extra activities that are causing me stress?
Above all, create some time to just be this month, whether through meditation, walks outdoors, or enjoying your favorite activity.
-NOURISH YOUR MIND-
With a card like Disruption, I think it’s safe to say that you may end up with a lot on your mind this month! You might experience something unexpected that is suddenly taking up all of your mental energy and calling for some sort of change in your life or within yourself.
While this unexpected disruption may appear unwelcome and challenging at first, it’s actually an opportunity for internal changes and shifts. Notice what is causing you mental strain this month:
- What is monopolizing my mental energy?
- What kind of thoughts are repeatedly coming up?
- Where is my thinking creating more problems for me?
- What do I need to let go of?
Remember that challenges are opportunities for growth. What changes do you need to make in order to nourish your mind this month?

Card: Rejoice in Celebration
As you work through the mental challenges this month, remember to take time to be present and celebrate what you already have. Notice when you’ve take time to go within, ask those deep questions, and listen to your Wise Self. Celebrate the steps you’ve taken and the clarity that is arising as you do.
Sometimes it’s hard to see the results of our internal work, but you know deep down things are changing within you. You can see yourself stepping forward, bit by bit, even if no one else can see it yet.
Remember that everything you accomplish, whether visible or not, is worth celebrating! Reach out to someone who gets you and let them know what you’ve been up to! You never know who you might inspire by sharing & celebrating your story.
Card: Fulfillment of Wishes
This card popped out of the deck as I was completing this reading, so of course, I had to include it as a bonus card. As the name suggests, this card is about fulfillment and contentment… essentially having your dreams come true.
The key message from this card is to be open to receiving all that you desire. It’s one thing to dream and even to set goals and intentions, but are you truly open to receiving them? Ask yourself the following:
- Have I considered what it would be like to reach my goals?
- If all my dreams came true tomorrow, would I be ready?
- Would I be open to receiving it all?
- Would reaching my goals make me feel the way I want to feel?
Take some time to visualize what it would be like if all your deepest desires came true in an instant. What would it look like? Feel like? Would you be open & willing to receive it all? If not, what needs to happen so that you are open to receive?
The overall theme this month is to be present and work on alignment. Become an observer in your life by stepping back and noticing what you’re doing, thinking and feeling. Are you happy with what you’re doing, thinking and feeling?
Notice what you can change and what you can’t. Then, ask yourself whether you’re ready and willing to make the necessary changes that will bring you into alignment. Use visualization as a guide to help you see what would truly feel right for you. <3
